Tequila-Thyme Lemonade

In celebration of Labor Day weekend I decided to share my favorite new easy-peasy cocktail recipe.
It’s not really a recipe per say… all you’re really doing here is throwing together some tequila and lemonade and garnishing with lemon and thyme, but it’s a fresh alternative to the the typical tequila cocktails you see around. It’s also the perfect gameday drink (GO DAWGSS!!!) and a perfect way to toast to the end of summer!

Our weekend in a nutshell: chores, spaghetti, football, voice lessons, sleeping, napping, and that’s about it!
INGREDIENTS
3 thyme sprigs
1 cup lemonade of your choosing ( I used Simply Lemonade)
1 shot tequila (I prefer 1 1/2)
2 lemon wedges
ice
Directions
Fill a whiskey glass with ice, tequila, lemonade, thyme and lemon wedges. Stir and Enjoy!
