Car selfie en route to Dinner. Geordie makes the most attractive faces.
. My brother was in town for the weekend, and it was so good to see him. George just loves him.
On Saturday we ran some errands and attended an AWESOME engagement party.
George went to a crawfish festival with my parents while we were at the party. They surprised us by dressing them in basically the same outfit. I died. So. Dang. Cute.
On Sunday we celebrated our Anniversary with a nice little brunch at The Bees Knees in Downtown Augusta. I got a french Mimosa ( mimosa with sparkling rose and pineapple) and devoured a delish breakfast sandwich with chicken sausage, gravy, and smoked gouda cheese. Seriously, so good. Geordie got some fancy peach pancakes – and biscuits and Gravy.
George went to town on both. That baby loves carbs, just like his mama.
I wore this Lilly Pulitzer dress to brunch, and I gotta say, I’m in love. Geordie lovingly called it the watermelon dress. However, coming from someone as quirky as he is, that is a compliment.
Dainty little flowers in Mama’s garden.
On Sunday night we went to kickball, and I finally freaking scored a run (well technically 2 runs and an RBI but who’s counting.)
Poor baby was tuckered out the whole game.
And now I’m off to hit the hay! Happy Monday!
