Friday morning I flew in to Boston where Geordie’s little brother and a very hungover Geordie came to pick me up. Geordie’s mom, dad, and grandma all flew in around the same time, so with a van full of Fegerts (pronounced Fay-Gert), we headed out to the cape!
On the way, we had to make a pit stop at the mall. So naturally I hit up the food court as I was starving, and they had LOBSTER ROLLS in the freaking food court. I don’t know if it was because I was starving or what, but that thing was delicious.
Here’s me eating said lobster roll. Later, Geordie’s cousin mocked me for eating a mall lobster roll as if I ordered a lobster roll from a gas station in Kansas. Either way, it was damn good.
Geordie’s family house (where we were married!!!)
Geordie’s daredevil Mom talking crazy Geordie into jumping into the 63 degree ocean.
Said daredevil mother-in-law jumping into said 63 degree water (with beautiful form!)
Before the rehearsal dinner
Geordie and his identical twin
The Fegert brothers
Some of the cousins. Love all these people.
The sunsets up there never disappoint
The house my bridesmaids and I stayed in when we got married! It’s literally a mansion where the Boston Cardinal used to live.
Where I spent most of Saturday morning. Drinking Iced coffees, reading magazines, and staring at instagram. This is also the outward view of where we got married. Pure bliss.
The beautiful bride and groom.
